Take me home country roads - to the place I belong - WEST VIRGINIA

Great pictures.  I especially loved the golf course right on the coast.

They look so very happy.  I wish them all the love and happiness in the world.

Hey Pburgh

At the reception 150 + people sang "Country Roads" at the very top of their lungs. It was very emotional and brought tears to many -- including yours truly.

Many of the people at the reception were family and ex West Virginians that were forced to leave the state in their younger years to find employment in their chosen occupation.

The state still educates and exports many of our young. Having traveled some myself, I found many ex West Virginians  around the country in high positions of responsibility. No matter their age, they seem to look proudly to their roots in the mountain state.

I believe you are a member of this elite group !

Regards Ben

I have two daughter who are members of that group also.  My daughter who lives in Virginia is a WVU graduate and my daughter who lives in New Albany, Ohio is a Marshall graduate.

Tears would have been rolling down my face too!!

Sheri

Hats off to the Interstate 81 bunch. My son is a Virginia Tech graduate , my daughter is a Radford Collage girl, my granddaughter is a Bridgewater collage grad, and  my grandson is a UVA grad.

All these great schools are just down the road from James Madison University.

Regards Ben
