Reply with quote | #1 | I was pulling a few weeds in the garden last evening and I ran across a true example of mother's day.
I chanced upon a rabbit in the leaves and it was very reluctant to move. As I got closer it ran away and I discovered several very young rabbits hidden in the leaves. Later , from a distance, I watched her return. She was very careful not to reveal her treasure but after several diversions she returned to her young.
The male rabbit was no where to be seen and, at this point, the survival of the little ones depended solely on the devoted care of a loving mother.

I had bunnies eating my brand new Mountain Bluet so I'm not real happy with bunnies right now. |

The trouble with rabbits is --- they eat the pretty flowers and the green bean plants and leave the grass for you to mow. == Ben __________________ Vienna, West Virginia, USA
